Jail mate brides formed as an agency to assist average citizens in search of finding pen pals, friends, lovers, and possibly marriage in a somewhat untraditional way. With use of the internet it has become possible to search all over the world for a wonderful loving spouse. That search becomes so much more difficult once someone has become or once been incarcerated. Jail mate brides now offers a search beyond the walls, beyond racial barriers, even beyond international boarders. Expanding the traditional Mail Order Bride to include possible brides with incarceration in their backgrounds. This site is for Women that are at present, or have been at any time incarcerated.
Jail Mate Brides strides to provide FREE personal web pages, profiles (some with pictures), for women incarcerated in city jails, county jails, state and/or federal prisons in many states around the USA. We understand that many countries jail and prison systems discourage, or do not allow inmates this type of contact to the outside world. We make every effort to respect their rules of conduct. However, some jails and prisons incourage contact as part of rehabilitation. Many inmates lose contact with family, friends, and children when incarcerated, and often need a new beginning upon release. Situations are endless. We incourage caution, research, and common sence when corresponding.
